I am an independent animator and artist from australia and primarily make content of my original characters which you can find more about on my toyhouse. MY CHARACTER DESIGNS
-> You are free to sell my designs for more than it's 'official' worth, however you must disclose the actual value to the buyer before purchase or displayed on the character's profile (official worth includes original purchase price + worth of any paid commissions, art trades, and personal art. worth of art trades = worth of the art you did in return, and gift art does not add to the official value. if character was obtained via trade or art, the worth will be the worth of the character/s and/or art you traded, and if character was gifted, the worth resets to $0-> I allow slight editing/recolouring of my designs and artworks, however you must keep the original art in the character's gallery.-> Do not duplicate a character's profile. All AUs and alt designs may be kept in the character's tabs but not in seperate profiles.-> I do not allow co owns unless explicitly stated at time of purchase. If a co-own is established, I am in no way responsible for any complications that may arise.-> Do not steal or heavily reference any of my designs, or claim them as your own work.-> If privating any of my designs, please authenticate me to be able to view them.-> Do not block me on toyhouse if you own any of my designs, as I want to be able to view them. If you have me blocked whilst owning one of my designs, you will be blacklisted.-> None of my character designs may be sold, traded or otherwise rehomed to a user off toyhouse - even if you keep the profile on their behalf.COMMISSIONS AND CUSTOMS
-> You must pay in full before I start on your commission [unless otherwise stated].-> I do not allow refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission, or if I haven't started your commission within a month of purchase.
-> In regards to commissions of already existing characters, you will be asked to approve a sketch before I complete the artwork. After the commission is complete, I will not allow any changes to the piece [except for the background] unless there is a mistake on my part.-> In regards to custom character commissions, you will be asked to approve a concept design before I complete the custom. After custom is completed, I will only allow 1 set of minor revisions.-> I take payment through PayPal [and DA points if specified], and all prices are in USD.MY ARTWORK
-> Do not trace my art UNLESS it was a sketch made explicitly for you.-> Do not heavily reference individual art pieces of mine.-> Do not claim my artwork as your own-> Do not reupload my art UNLESS it was made explicitly for you. If reuploading art made for you, please properly credit me [type out my username or tag me, 'credit to artist' does not count].-> If you have any concerns regarding any of my artworks or designs, please privately contact me and I will be happy to resolve it with you.PAYMENT AND BUSINESS
-> I only accept USD through PayPal, or deviantart points if specified.-> I accept PayPal payment through invoice only [unless otherwise stated].-> If you have not responded to an inquiry regarding payment of an adopt or commission within 48 hours, you will be permanently blacklisted for ghosting unless a valid excuse is provided.-> I will not do business with anyone under the age of 16.-> I do not refund adopts or completed commissions.-> Please specify payment plans in your original offer. I do not accept payment plans for offers under $150, and require a minimum of a 50% down payment. I do not accept payment plans over a month for payments between $150-$250. Longer payment plans can be discussed for amounts over that threshold.
